Book by November 18 for installation before Thanksgiving. Install dates go in the order requests come in, so earlier means more flexibility.
Do you work with HOA lighting rules?
Yes. Send us your community’s guidelines (colors, install windows, takedown dates) with your quote request and we’ll design within them from the start.
Do you install on townhomes?
Yes. Many Morrisville homes are townhomes, and we design clean roofline and entry lighting that fits your unit and your HOA’s rules.
Is there a minimum job size or deposit?
Yes. Our minimum installation is $750, and a 50% deposit reserves your install date, with the rest due on install day.
